1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the website
znyaviationservices.com ("Site") or by
requesting services from ZNY Aviation Services
("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree
to be bound by these Terms and Conditions
("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, please
do not use our Site or request our services.

2. ABOUT ZNY AVIATION SERVICES
ZNY Aviation Services is an aviation services
intermediary and broker operating under the
laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
We coordinate aviation services on behalf of
clients through a network of third-party
providers. We do not hold an Air Operator
Certificate (AOC) and do not directly operate
aircraft, fuel trucks, catering facilities
or ground handling equipment.
Services coordinated by ZNY Aviation Services
include but are not limited to:
- Aviation fuel supply
- Ground handling
- Inflight catering
- Trip support and flight planning
- Private charter flights
- Aircraft management programs

3. SERVICE REQUESTS AND CONFIRMATION
3.1 How services are requested:
Service requests may be submitted through:
- The contact form on our Site
- Direct email to sales@znyaviationservices.com
- WhatsApp or phone communication
3.2 How services are confirmed:
A service is only considered confirmed when
ZNY Aviation Services sends a written
confirmation via email acknowledging the
specific service, scope, pricing and
operational details.
Verbal agreements, preliminary quotes or
informal communications do not constitute
a binding confirmation of service.
3.3 Client responsibility:
The client is responsible for providing
accurate and complete information at the
time of the service request, including:
- Aircraft type and tail number
- Origin and destination airports (ICAO codes)
- Planned departure date and time
- Passenger or crew count where applicable
- Any special requirements or preferences
ZNY Aviation Services shall not be liable
for delays, errors or additional costs
resulting from incomplete or inaccurate
information provided by the client.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
4.1 Currency:
All prices are quoted and invoiced in
United States Dollars (USD).
4.2 Price confirmation:
All prices are confirmed in writing before
any service is executed. Confirmed prices
are binding for the specific service,
scope and timing stated in the confirmation.
4.3 Price variations:
Prices may be subject to change due to:
- Fuel price fluctuations
- Third-party provider availability
- Airport fees and local taxes
- Changes to the scope or timing
of the service requested
Any price change will be communicated
to the client before the service proceeds.
4.4 Payment terms:
Services are generally invoiced on a
postpay basis following service delivery.
For certain services or clients, ZNY
Aviation Services reserves the right to
require an advance payment or deposit
prior to service confirmation.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit card
- Bank transfer (wire)
- Other methods as agreed in writing
4.5 Late payments:
Invoices are due upon receipt unless
otherwise agreed in writing. ZNY Aviation
Services reserves the right to suspend
services for accounts with outstanding
balances.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY
5.1 Cancellation requests:
All cancellation requests must be submitted
in writing to sales@znyaviationservices.com
as early as possible prior to the
scheduled service.
5.2 Third-party cancellation fees:
ZNY Aviation Services acts as an intermediary
between the client and third-party service
providers. Cancellations of confirmed services
may be subject to cancellation fees charged
by the applicable third-party provider
(FBO, charter operator, caterer, etc.).
Any such fees will be passed through to
the client and are the client's responsibility.
5.3 No-show policy:
If a confirmed service cannot be delivered
due to the client's failure to appear,
communicate or provide required information
at the scheduled time, the full cost of
the service may be charged to the client.

6. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS
ZNY Aviation Services maintains agreements
with a network of third-party providers
to deliver the services coordinated on
behalf of clients.
ZNY Aviation Services does not guarantee
the performance, quality or availability
of any third-party provider and shall not
be held liable for:
- Service failures or delays caused by
third-party providers
- Quality issues with services delivered
by third parties
- Cancellations initiated by third-party
providers due to operational or
regulatory reasons
- Force majeure events including weather,
ATC restrictions, airport closures
or government actions
In the event of a third-party service failure,
ZNY Aviation Services will make reasonable
efforts to source an alternative provider
on behalf of the client.

7. CHARTER FLIGHT SERVICES
Charter flights coordinated by ZNY Aviation
Services are operated by independent
FAA-certificated air carriers.
The air carrier is solely responsible for:
- Aircraft airworthiness
- Crew certification and training
- Operational safety and regulatory compliance
- Passenger safety during the flight
The client acknowledges that ZNY Aviation
Services acts solely as a booking intermediary
and assumes no operational responsibility
for charter flights.
Clients are encouraged to request and review
the operator's Air Carrier Certificate and
insurance documentation prior to travel.

8. CLAIMS AND DISPUTES
8.1 How to submit a claim:
All claims, complaints or disputes must be
submitted in writing to:

Claims must include:
- Client name and contact information
- Date and description of the service
- Nature of the claim or complaint
- Supporting documentation where available
8.2 Response time:
ZNY Aviation Services will acknowledge
receipt of the claim within 3 business days
and provide a substantive response within
15 business days.
8.3 Dispute resolution:
In the event of a dispute that cannot be
resolved through direct communication,
the parties agree to attempt resolution
through good-faith negotiation before
pursuing any legal remedy.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site — including text,
images, graphics, logos, design elements
and copy — is the property of ZNY Aviation
Services or its content suppliers and is
protected by applicable intellectual
property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify
or create derivative works from any content
on the Site without prior written permission
from ZNY Aviation Services.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by
applicable law, ZNY Aviation Services
shall not be liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, consequential or punitive damages
arising from:
- Use of or inability to use the Site
- Services coordinated through ZNY Aviation
Services and delivered by third parties
- Operational delays, cancellations or
disruptions beyond our reasonable control
- Errors or omissions in information
provided by the client
Our total liability for any claim arising
from services coordinated by ZNY Aviation
Services shall not exceed the amount paid
by the client for the specific service
giving rise to the claim.

11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless
ZNY Aviation Services, its officers,
employees and agents from any claims,
damages, losses or expenses (including
reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Site
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your provision of inaccurate or
incomplete information in connection
with a service request
- Your violation of any applicable law
or third-party rights

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws
of the State of Wyoming, United States,
without regard to its conflict of
law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising
from these Terms shall be brought
exclusively in the courts of the
State of Wyoming.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
ZNY Aviation Services reserves the right
to modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately
upon posting to the Site.
Your continued use of the Site or
request of services following any
changes constitutes your acceptance
of the updated Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms
periodically.

14. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found
to be unenforceable or invalid under
applicable law, that provision shall be
modified to the minimum extent necessary
to make it enforceable, and the remaining
provisions shall continue in full force
and effect.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy
Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the
entire agreement between you and
ZNY Aviation Services with respect to
your use of the Site and the services
coordinated by the Company.
