and the applicable service provider.
The responsibility for the actual delivery,
quality and safety of each service rests
with the respective third-party provider.

Charter flight services coordinated by ZNY
Aviation Services are operated by independent
FAA-certificated air carriers. ZNY Aviation
Services does not operate, control or manage
any aircraft directly.

The air carrier operating the charter flight
is solely responsible for:

- The airworthiness of the aircraft
- Crew certification and training
- Operational safety and regulatory compliance
- Passenger safety during the flight

Clients are encouraged to request operator
documentation and insurance certificates
directly from the air carrier prior to travel.
